On Stage Was in Front of the Stage

On July 16th Hochstädten hosted an open stage. Among the artists was Taiji am Neuhof to present the variety of BailongBall. Their program was calles „Making of“ and Peter Hetzler moderated the audience through a typical BailongBall training. After the demonstration everybody had the chance to learn more about the sport, which was gladly accepted by many spectators. More than that, many could not resist, grabbed racket and ball and tried some of the moves presented on their own or by guidance of the trainers.

Warm-Up

At the beginning of the demonstration was the warm-up – first without equipment and then with ball.

Form

After the warm-up, the performed a form created by Susanne Ritz.

Basic Techniques

High forehand and backhand, low forehand and backhand, diagonal to the left and right, etc. – here, Steffi Böhm and Susanne Ritz, show the basics of playing with a partner.

Free Play in a Group

Having fun in the group – free play is all it takes

Right in the Middle of it All

The whole performance took place in the auditorium, so everyone was in the middle of the action.

Part of it

After the BailongBall demonstration, a break was called for and yet the spectators got busy. Informing and trying out for themselves, mingling with players and trainers.

You haven’t had a chance to see BailongBall up close or better yet, try it out? Do not miss out on it 🙂
