On February 18, 2026, we held our first live online webinar of the year on the BailongBall discipline of Art with Olga Ardasheva. We’ll take a brief look in the rearview mirror to reflect the event and then look ahead again—because tonight, we’re continuing…

TBBF members and their students were able to participate in an online event in February. Olga Ardasheva led an interactive session lasting over an hour, sharing many helpful tips and tricks about the art discipline—you may recall our announcement.

What did Olga do? Well, a treasure trove full of exercises and there was something for everyone—young or old, whether experienced in Art or with little to no experience in this discipline.

Here are a few impressions:

Olga began each exercise with detailed instructions—both theoretical and practical

Each participant was then able to repeat the exercises in their own environment

And so it began—starting with some warm-up exercises

Including instructions on posture and a detailed description of the key points of each movement.

With a smooth transition into movement sequences.

The sequences of movements were strung together.

And they became a choreography.

At the end, the participants took the wheel: everybody contributed an individual sequence of movements.

And Olga offered some tips so that everyone could smoothly transition between the individual movements.

And tonight we’re continuing: the participants from the February event will review what they’ve learned to refresh their skills. Because, as in so many sports, practice makes perfect. And Olga has demonstrated that perfectly ☺️😍👏
