Here we go again…
As every year, Jinzhong becomes the center of events in the BailongBall world for the coming days of competitions. The championships once again showcase our sport in all its disciplines and players from all over the world make the pilgrimage to China.
With their heart in it – the athletes’ show begins with the journey.

Like every year, BailongBall enthusiasts from Europe come together. What began as a supervision session for coaches many years ago has now become a weekend for all players and fans of the sport.
Are you wondering what supervision actually is? Here you get an impression.
In addition to training, you have the opportunity to get to know other players and network, hear the latest news and of course have lots of fun. Like in the years before, there will be something for everyone this year as well: We have planned parallel blocks for Art and Game, which you can choose to your heart’s content. We will also be “playing a round of basketball”.
The birthplace of the inventor of our sport Prof Bai is is host to the 6th China Jinzhong International Roliball Competition. It will take place from 8 – 13 September 2024 in the city of Jiexiu, in the administrative area of Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province.
Have you been playing BailongBall for some time and would like to pass on your knowledge? Maybe you already have the Junior Trainer certification or maybe you just want to know how you can continuously develop yourself? Would you like to train others to become Junior Trainers? Then this series of posts is for you. In dedicated parts, we will introduce you to the elements that characterize the Senior Trainer’s skills. You will see how interesting and colorful such a curriculum is and the training program options you have.

You may remember our announcement for this year’s TBBF workshops in April and May. They covered all disciplines, to include Art. Now, if you’ve never been to an Art workshop, you may ask yourself “what is the program like / do I learn how to dance with racket and ball / do I need to be a dancer, an acrobat or both / do I learn a choreography / how do I build my skills / …?
Well, in a way you can answer all the above questions with “yes” – but also with “it depends”. Kind of vague? Why don’t you have a look at the following workshop impressions. I’m sure you’ll be able to answer these questions yourself at the end…
Nach der Pandemiepause veranstaltet die TBBF diesen Frühling wieder eine Live-Veranstaltung – die alljährliche Supervision in Kombination mit zwei Workshops. Vom 27.4. bis zum 2.5. können Teilnehmer alle Disziplinen des BailongBalls trainieren. Alle 3 Veranstaltungen finden in Bensheim statt.

As announced, we are currently expanding our website. Our initial spotlight shines on Individual Choreo, as part of the “Art” disciplines of the BailongBall. On a new page you will find interesting information about this discipline with its variants “SIngle”, “Sync” and “Synergy”.
On July 16th Hochstädten hosted an open stage. Among the artists was Taiji am Neuhof to present the variety of BailongBall. Their program was calles “Making of” and Peter Hetzler moderated the audience through a typical BailongBall training. After the demonstration everybody had the chance to learn more about the sport, which was gladly accepted by many spectators. More than that, many could not resist, grabbed racket and ball and tried some of the moves presented on their own or by guidance of the trainers.
