World BailongBall Day 2025 – Impressions

October 5 was World BailongBall Day - like every year (our announcement). This time, TBBF was a guest at 1. BC Beuel in Bonn, and participants from all over the world joined our web conference live. Here you can get an impression with pictures, videos, and the words of TBBF Chairman Xiaofei Sui.

Deutsches Turnfest 2025 + Leipzig + BailongBall = Wow!

The German Gymnastics Festival in Leipzig is over, and we are still full of impressions and positive energy! For us TBBF BailongBallers, it was our premiere at this major sports festival (the biggest in the world of its kind), and we can already say that it was a complete success!

The 5th Beijing International Rouliball Exchange

The fifth international BailongBall exchange took place in Beijing this month. More than 1000 fans of our sport attended, many from China but also from Pakistan, South Africa, South Korea, Cuba and also representatives of the TBBF, e.g. from Russia, France and Latvia.

If you have read the first part of this series of blog posts, you will probably remember how Peter describes the influence of circular moves on movement sequences. How round movements play an important role when looking at the musculature, be it in terms of holistic activation, stabilization, functionality in everyday life or coordination. Or what role physics plays when centrifugal and centripetal forces act in correspondingly round movements.
