Die Taiji BailongBall Federation (TBBF) hat ein Handbuch herausgebracht, für all diejenigen, die unseren Sport in ihren Unterricht einbinden möchten.
The German Gymnastics Festival in Leipzig is over, and we are still full of impressions and positive energy! For us TBBF BailongBallers, it was our premiere at this major sports festival (the biggest in the world of its kind), and we can already say that it was a complete success!
Do you live in Berlin or are you planning to visit the city on July 20? Then the summer festival could be the right thing for you to get to know BailongBall or to play together with other friends of our sport:

Am 1. und 14. April organisierte der Baskische Verband für Beachtennis und Minderheitensport (Sektion BailongBall) die 1. baskische BailongBall-Meisterschaft in der Kategorie Einzel.
If you have followed the first two parts of this blog series, you may still remember how Peter relates the round to musculature, movement sequences and physics. But also what role BailongBall can play in eurhythmics, Spiral Dynamics, anatomy, the classical Eastern arts of movement, geriatrics, pediatrics and much more.
If you have read the first part of this series of blog posts, you will probably remember how Peter describes the influence of circular moves on movement sequences. How round movements play an important role when looking at the musculature, be it in terms of holistic activation, stabilization, functionality in everyday life or coordination. Or what role physics plays when centrifugal and centripetal forces act in correspondingly round movements.

This is a mixture of turns of varying degrees of difficulty. The videos shown here demonstrate techniques that are relevant for training to become a senior instructor.
