TBBA always in flow – online BailongBalling session
A lively start to the new year: TBBA started 2021 with an online session, today. Everyone interested in / having fun playing BailongBall was invited. And so we just returned from a session with good old friends and many new players who met online for the first time today. Quite fascinating that one sport can unite people from countries across 3 continents in one event!
A full hour of exercises with and without ball or racket. From warm-ups putting the whole „body to work“, to „fingertip specials with the ball“ adding that extra touch, to swing exercises „putting racket to body“, to the „form perfection“ of the 8-form (more on this in parts one, two and three of our current series – part four will follow this month!).
We caught your interest? Well, then stop by virtually next time:
- Sunday, February 14th, 2021, at 5 PM (Central European Time)
- Professor Bairong, the inventor of our sport, has prepared a video tutorial that will be translated live. We are really excited! And like today, there will be a lot of exercises that you can do at home. All you need is a ball and a racket
- Just follow this Zoom-Link
See you 🙂

It was nice to meet everyone after a little big pause. I think the idea of repeating supervision programs is very useful in pandemic period.
Great to see you and thanks for the exercises! Looking forward to your next part of the form and some more exercises!
Good see and connect with you from all around the globe.
Looking forward to the next time on the 14th. ??
Right now I am searching for the sequence Olga was teaching….
Hi Conny,
you can find most of what Olga showed in the links in this post. It’s a series covering the 8-form. The first 3 parts of the sries took us through about half of the form:
part 1 – preparatory element and the „mirror“
part 2 – horizontal turning and „cloud hands“
part 3 – changing direction and „dynamic 8“
Part 4 is just about to be posted and will cover the next 3 moves.
As I recall, Olga covered up to the „cloud hands“ during the Zoom session.
I hope this helps?
See you on the 14th!
