we are delighted to announce a very special highlight for all trainers, members, and students: Olga Ardasheva, internationally recognized BailongBall artist and founder of a successful BailongBall school for all ages, will guide us through the fascinating discipline of "Art" in an exclusive live web conference via Zoom on February 18 at 7 p.m. CET.

How to participate
- Invitation: TBBF members have already received details on how to participate in the online session.
- Get the Zoom link: Not a TBBF member but your trainer is? Then talk to them about the event and get all the details.
- Technical check: Make sure your camera and microphone are working—Olga can also briefly bring individual participants into the picture if desired to give individual corrections.
- Be prepared: Have your racket and ball ready, a little space to move around, and possibly a notebook for quick sketches/notes on choreography.
What you should prepare
- Equipment
- Clean, ball well inflated – ideally one of the Art racket models
- Space
- At least 2 m × 2 m of free space (e.g., living room or exercise room).
- Clothing
- Movement-friendly sportswear that makes your movements clearly visible.
- Notes
- Paper/tablet for quick notes on technical information and creative ideas.
