After having launched respective series on the disciplines of Multiplay and Freestyle, this series covering the discipline Forms, aims to complete your picture of our sport. The series breaks down a particular BailongBall Form into several parts. In each part, we show you round about two elements. At the end of the last part, you will have covered the Form and you will pick up tips and tricks while progressing from one part to the next.<\/p>\n<p>In the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/en\/bailongball-formen-ein-beispiel-teil-1\/\">first part<\/a>&nbsp;der Serie erkl\u00e4ren wir, was Formen von den anderen BailongBall Disziplinen unterscheidet. Von der Form haben wir dann das einleitende Element, sowie ein zweites Element, \u201eden Spiegel\u201c, vorgestellt. Wie auch im ersten Teil, werden wir auch diesmal wieder zwei Elemente vorstellen. Sie beginnen genau an der Stelle, bei der wir den ersten Teil beendet haben.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, it is not just a horizontal turn but rather a three part element:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a 360\u00b0 leftward rotation<\/li>\n<li>a contradirectional rotation of both arms<\/li>\n<li>a 360\u00b0 rightward rotation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And this is how you perform the parts:<\/p>\n<h1>Horizontal Turning<\/h1>\n<h2>Front view:<\/h2>\n<div style=\"width: 1020px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-66437-1\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" poster=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-front-view.png\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-front-view.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-front-view.mp4\">https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-front-view.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<h2>Rear view:<\/h2>\n<div style=\"width: 1020px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-66437-2\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" poster=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-rear-view.png\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-rear-view.mp4?_=2\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-rear-view.mp4\">https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-rear-view.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<h2>Footwork:<\/h2>\n<div style=\"width: 1020px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-66437-3\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" poster=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-footwork.png\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-footwork.mp4?_=3\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-footwork.mp4\">https:\/\/bailongball.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/part2-horizontal-turning-footwork.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Some tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lower your body and bend your knees a little \u2013 like you did with the preparatory element<\/li>\n<li>Maintain this \u201clowered stance\u201d \u2013 it supports your balance and helps you rotate without \u201cspinning out of control\u201d<\/li>\n<li>For orientation: image moving on a straight line to your left performing a full rotation in the process<\/li>\n<li>Rotate slowly at first, with your arms stretched out for control and balance<\/li>\n<li>Once you feel comfortable rotating along the imagenary line, increase your rotational speed<\/li>\n<li>Increase your rotation speed by initiating the movement with your pelvis (not with your arms or you will lose your balance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>\u201cCloud Hands\u201d<\/h1>\n<p>This element may challenge your arm coordination a little.
