On 11th and 15th of April, the Basque Association of Beach Tennis and Minority Sports (BailongBall section) organized the 2nd Basque Country BailongBall Championships, in the singles category. On April 11th we got together and set up two courts at the frontón of Altamira (Bilbao). Some days after we played another single match for the tournament in the frontón of San Fuentes in the town of Abanto y Zierbana. Good weather a nice company.
We played against each other in a round-robin. Although we still need to work on our technique, that April 11th we had a great time. We were very comfortable – bottom line: BailongBall is simply a beautiful fun sport where balance is something fundamental. From now on we will also play doubles in the Basque BailongBall league.
