Following our first event and the follow-up activities, April is here and we’ve got plenty in store for you again! This month, the focus is entirely on ball skills—from the basics to advanced tricks. And it’s all led by our coach Olga.
What we've already accomplished in March and April
- Follow-up: We reviewed the recording from the last online meeting together. The in-depth discussion helped everyone reinforce what they had learned—it was simply a wonderful experience to be able to learn so much from one another.
- Great session & learned a lot – positive feedback, new techniques put into practice right away.
- Incorporation of ART elements – Mindfulness, rhythm, and team spirit were specifically reinforced.
