This September's TBBF Online Meetup: Responsiveness in BailongBall Game

Live Online Webinar: “Responsiveness in BailongBall Game” with Freddy Siegenthaler

Wednesday, September 16, 2026 – 7:00 p.m. CET (Zoom)

Freddy takes us on a journey into the world of specialized BailongBall skills. Using practical examples, he shows us the exciting ways to train our reaction time in the BailongBall Game discipline.

In BailongBall Art, reaction time isn’t a primary requirement. In the BailongBall Game discipline, however, it can be very important despite the relatively high net and the curved flight path. Freddy would like to introduce you to exercises designed to improve your reaction time, based on theoretical sports models. In the August online event, we had covered an adjacent topic the turning point—you might remember?

About Freddy:

He is a tennis instructor and competitive coach; he works with various clubs, regional and national teams; he leads sports projects; and he not only teaches tennis and BailongBall but has also taught at a school.

His lifelong love for tennis has naturally evolved into a passion for BailongBall. He now integrates his years of experience and pedagogical expertise from the tennis world directly into BailongBall.

This isn't your typical "sit-and-listen" lecture. Make sure you have a little space to move around, because we'll be trying out the exercises together right away. It would be ideal if you could watch and try out the exercises in pairs.

We're looking forward to hearing Freddy's insights on the topic.

And just like in the past, to ensure that those who don't speak German can also participate, we provide translations via subtitles in the respective language during our Zoom session.
